GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for use at Travail Kitchen & Amusements (including the Basement Bar).

They cannot be used at our sister restaurants, Dream Creamery or Nouvelle Brewing.

To use our gift cards when booking online please send us an email to Info@travailkitchen.com and include your gift card number and desired reservation details. You’ll receive an email from us with a direct link to complete your reservation with the gift card applied. If you have any questions during this process please don’t hesitate to give us a call and we can walk you through it.

To use it in-house, please print out your gift card code after checkout and present it to our staff when you come in.

You do not have to use the amount in its entirety all at once. To check your balance, use your gift card number on the Check My Balance page.

We have physical cards for sale in-house only. If you’re in a time crunch, the above digital gift card is a great option for a quick gift.

You may use any older gift certificate in-house, but you will not be able to use it directly at checkout for online ticket purchases on Tock or on our Marketplace site.

If you have a digital gift certificate purchased/gifted through Dojour please go forward with your purchase of tickets through our current ticketing system and then email your gift code to info@travailkitchen.com At that point we’ll be able to redeem your certificate by processing a refund in the amount of your gift certificate balance (this refund can take 5-10 business days).

If you still have an OG gift certificate that is a gray, horizontally oriented certificate without an online code, well, we’re impressed! To redeem, we would ask that you purchase your tickets through our current online ticketing system and bring the certificate with you when you dine. At that time we’ll happily reimburse you for the dollar amount indicated on the certificate. You can also bring it in sooner before you dine if you would prefer.
