  • Chef Spotlight: Landon Schoenefeld

    JAN. 16 - 18 at Travail

    Join us as we welcome our friend and chef, Landon back to MN and to our Travail kitchen for a limited dinner series. Celebrated in our MSP community for Haute Dish and Nighthawks/Birdie, Landon revolutionized simple cooking methods of the Northern Plains and elevated comfort food with the finest cooking techniques. Grab a seat at our chef’s table as we bring you classic comfort foods with creative twists and some of the OG Haute Dish staples we all miss and love.

  • DUCK DINNER SERIES

    JAN. 24, 25, 30 & 31 at Travail

    We’re showing off duck in the best way we know how: a multi-course showcase of some of our favorite preparations, from foie to duck breast to confit and more. Our chefs will take you through six courses with perfectly paired wine by Sommelier, Dave Brown. The bar will be available for a la carte purchases. There’s something extra cozy about a duck dinner in the middle of winter in Minnesota.

  • Graze Your Face Off

    March 27 at GRAZE FOOD HALL

    Join our Travail chefs at the Graze Food Hall in the North Loop. We’re collaborating with the chefs and vendors at Graze to bring you the first, GRAZE YOUR FACE OFF event. Expect a walking tasting menu with bites and creative dishes, plus all you can drink beer at the bar. Ticket release coming soon!
